Having discovered and assessed the priority and feasibility of business needs, we can now align what is wanted with what is possible and when it is possible.
Out of this alignment, emerges the projects that will deliver those business needs. We further refine the project order by consolidating business needs where applicable and identifying dependencies as they emerge.
We then slot the business needs into a high level schedule of business and technical tracks that lays out the entire project, along with costs, timeframes, and return.

- We use an "Iterative Method" (smaller projects within a larger one). This enables you to reap benefits all along the journey, not just at the end. Those benefits often "pay" for the next project.
- Projects are targeted to be no more than 90-120 day increments.
- Projects must have discrete business deliverables.
- It’s ok to make "rope bridge" projects to get value faster while building permanent bridges.
