The roadmap process begins by first understanding what you want to accomplish.
We meet with C-level executives to understand the company goals, challenges and strategy. We meet with department heads, managers, and key line staff to understand their needs and ensure executive alignment.

Knowing what you want to do, we can then determine the appropriate business intelligence solutions to apply in meeting those needs.
We plot their priority in terms of strategic impact (what differentiates you), and in terms of financial impact (what is the return).
We then review your existing systems and the data you already have available to feed those business intelligence solutions, and plot them into a heat map to determine where there are gaps in the data and the magnitude of those gaps.
Next, we assess the feasibility of meeting these needs.
