The end result of the roadmap process, is completion of the Strategic Roadmap Document (SRD). Armed with the SRD, you have a complete plan, the keys, for implementing business intelligence and data warehousing.
You may choose to implement yourself, or work with Millbrook to implement in whole or in part. We have a complete and proven implementation process if you wish to engage us in any part of your project.
Our implementation process is designed to use the SRD where one is available.
